Our goal is to provide a well-rounded, comprehensive approach to overall well-being. Specifically focusing on the trifecta: movement, mental health and metabolic health. This process is achieved utilizing a collective of methods including personal training tailored to your specific goals and needs. Coaching with an emphasis on lifestyle and change thinking, nutritional support, and macro and micronutrient education. We encourage our clients to receive routine labs for metabolic health to ensure a seamless understanding of being well. Allow me to help you feel your absolute best.

Virtual or in-person, this time is designed for individuals to focus solely on their unique soul without distraction. This is an opportunity to explore and process in a deeply centered environment for optimal mental and physical health outcomes.

Herbal Medicine Therapy
Virtual visits with an herbalist to discuss all things ancestral medicine. Sessions explore reducing inflammation, hormone balance, alleviating pain and treating various physical, mental, and emotional concerns with regenerative therapies.

Coaching
Online or in-person, these sessions are to help you with personal and professional goals, nutritional support, setting composition goals & macronutrient support.

Personal Training and Wellness
This time is spent working toward your physical goals. Incorporating a variety of environments for physical activity.
Addressing pregnancy and post-partum health, hormone, and menopause considerations. You’ll have a program designed for your goals.

Jeanne has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus in addiction and human services. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through National Academy of Sports Medicine. Through her background and life experience, Jeanne is committed to helping those around her feel their best and live a life better than they can imagine. She believes there is an undeniably magical connection between movement and mental health.

Through a variety of avenues including personal training, habit stacking, behavioral modification, somatic & nervous system regulation, brain-body training, cognitive-physical integration, nutrition and supplement coaching and restorative rituals, Jeanne works to guide into a new way of life that will modify your thought patterns, habits and behaviors.
