Transforming Well Being
Our approach to well being is equivocally whole, simplistic and unique. We believe in helping women navigate the whole body approach to wellness. Our ideology is that in order to be sustained, well being must be obtained by addressing the physical, mental and metabolic health of the individual client. This is practiced through movement, nutrition and coaching.

In psychology, eclecticism refers to a flexible approach that combines elements from different therapeutic models and techniques to create a tailored treatment plan for an individual. At Root & Rise, it is essential that our clients receive personalized suggestions, guidance and plan tailored to their specific goal set and desired outcome. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, we’ve created a system designed around our clients’ needs.

Online or in-person, this time is designated for individuals to focus solely on themselves without the outside noise. This is an opportunity to explore and process in a deeply centered environment for optimal mental health outcomes.
